Can Constant Headache, Dizziness, Intermittent Nausea Be Due To A Concussion?

I was diagnosed with a concussion by my school athletic trainer, and im not sure how bad (or not bad) it is. How do I know if I should get it checked out or get an mri? I have had a constant headache for three days and feel dizzy or nasua from time to time.

Hi. What does your athletics trainer mean by a concussion. What symptoms do you have. If you have suffered a recent concussion then you should get checked out in the Emergency Department. I would be wary of your athletics trainer making diagnoses like this. If you are concerned by the mechanism of injury or have sustained a concussion then go and get checked out by a doctor.
