Can Crohn's Disease Cause Puffed Stomach Or Pregnancy?

I was told that I have crohns, but I feel like thats not correct. My stomach is puffed up, and I dont go to the bathroom all the time like they say you do. Could this be something else? I'm also pregnant, and it seems to stay puffed up hard all the time.

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read and reviewed query.
Based on facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
Bloated Stomach with IBS.
Early inflammatory changes in Crohn's may be the causative factor for this type of IBS-D
You does not seem to be a full blown case of Crohn's.
Puffed up stomach is from bloating due to intestinal indigestion / malabsorption accompanied with IBS due to IBD with early / partial Crohn's changes.
As you are with pregnancy, just have Second Opinion before being treated for cohn's,as the drugs for crohn's need to be used carefully and meticulously,if its there, you being pregnant.
Don't worry for all this. Act like suggested.
Hope this would resolve your health issues early.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day !!
