Hi,

T-Minic drop contains both chlorpheniramine citrate and phenylephrine which is used to treat common cold symptoms. It relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, stuffy nose, watery eyes and congestion or stuffiness. Its side effects are nausea, vomiting, headache, sleepiness, constipation, dizziness, irritability, dry mouth, trouble to urinate, drowsiness, loss of appetite, stomach pain, allergic reactions etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
