Can Fever & Headache Be Related With Bladder Infections?

My granddaughter is 4 and has had UTI's and bladder infections. She had a VCUG done and does have reflux on the left side. She has been on Bactrium for a couple weeks and is now complaining of headaches and a fever for the past 3 days. Could this be related?
