Can Geminor M1 Cause Acidity And Dizziness?

i just wanted to know if Geminor M1 causes any side effects. recently this tablet has been prescribed and i am diabetic since 2 yrs but after i started using this tablet , i feel dizzy most of the time and i have developed severe acidity.Is it because of the side effect this tablet is causing?
