Pediatrician 's  Response
Thanks for the query.
Normally a baby is given feeds on demand which means as and when baby demands it .
But practically it means baby will need 1000ml for your son/900 ml for your daughter, in a day rouhghly.
This comes to around 100-130 ml for each feed.
Remember these are only rough guidelines as babies may take less or more than this depending on the time interval between the feeds.
As long as your babies are putting on proper weight ,the amount what they take at one feed should not be worrisome.
Your daughters weight gain is o.k. and please do not try to compare it with the weight of your son.
Colic aid drops 4 drops can be given ,if you find there is a suspiciopn of colic in your baby.
