Can H Pylori Cause Seizures And Dizziness?

I just found out I have h pylori.I have had severe health issues over the past 3 years,including seizures.I am 32 yr. old female,125lbs active.Just one day out of the blue got really sick and several doctors in 2 states have found nothing wrong with me.Can the H pylori cause seizures,dizziness.vertigo

* H. Pylori can cause dizziness , vertigo due to deficiency of certain
nutrients , but seizures have different issue to be evaluated out .
