Can Height Be Increased By Exercise?

sir i'm 19 old and my height is 5'3. can i increase my height by 5-6 inches through regular stretches, swimming,jumping rope,cycling with high saddle seat, hanging and sprinting? if yes in how many months i would reach my target. pls reply me sir...........

Dear , You are 19 , Still you have some time to grow if you are a male and if you are female 5'.3" is a good ht . Ht. increases till the age of 22 , as is believed . You can try the below regimen , which have no side effects ,sincerely , regularly you may achieve some results .
