Can Hemorrhoids Occurrence Be Related To Red Meat Consumption?

I get hemorrhoids fairly frequently. I eat a pretty healthy diet with a good amount of fiber and just about all natural foods. However, I have noticed that the hemorrhoids tend to show up the day after I have red meat (maybe once every 7-10 days). Is there a correlation?
