Can Hepatitis B Vaccination Cause Penile And Scrotal Edema In A 2 Weeks Old Child With Bilateral Lymph Nodes Enlargement?

Hi My 2week old boy has penile and scrotal edema. What can be the cause. No penile redness no discharge no pain ... Besides he has bilateral lymph nodes enlargement that appeared before the edema. Could it be just a reaction to hepatitis b vaccine?

Hepatitis B vaccination has nothing to do with the scrotal oedema ans lymph node enlagement.
Child may be developing some infection.
Please get him examined urgently with your pedaitrician for exact evaluation and quick management.
