Can I Give 'dalsy' Syrup To My Child For Fever?

Hi,my daughter is 2yrs 3months and weighs 15kg not very sure about her height.She is having fever for the past 8hrs now and i have given her Dalsy syrup 5ml and she is still running temperature of 38 degrees,and is about 3 ours ago i gave her the dalsy sryup.Please i want to know if i should give her dalsy again and the dosage i can give. Thank you-

Dosage of Paracetamol is 10mg per kilogramme body weight per dose. It is usually given every 6th hourly.
