Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello,

Kindly provide the detailed history. Whether she has a cough? Vomiting?Loose stools? Increase or decrease the frequency of urine? Painful urination?Joint swelling? Any rash? Ear discharge? Continue with syrup paracetamol till 48 hours because its viral fever most probably, and if doesn't settle, come back to me with the answers to the above questions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Musfirah Tahir
