Hi..

It is not safe to stop it abruptly.

Duzela-20 is commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety and pain disorders.

If stopped abruptly it can cause discontinuation (withdrawal) symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, headache, vertigo, abnormal movements, tremors, flu like state, and fatigue.

Hence its dose should be gradually reduced over several weeks to prevent the withdrawal symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
