Sir idont no crct engilsh, sorry plse understand me, lost 4months im saffering rom bleedin, with clots, altrasound report was mild balki utres,14mm, no fibraids, sists docter advise me trinox500 5days for day to day is 3rd day little bit iprovment, sir wat can ido, is it crct treetment, sorry sir my english not crct anderstand me plse

I have gone through your query. Bulky uterus and bleeding can be due to problems like adenomyosis. This is the condition of finding ectopic glandular tissue in the muscular wall of uterus. Combined progesterone estrogen pills is usually helpful for this. Trimox 500 (amoxicillin) - this is an antibiotic which is helpful to clear infection if you have it. A consultation with Gynecologist is well appreciated for further assessment and to mange this.
