Can Iterax Be Given For Itching Caused Due To Measles Vaccine And What Is The Recommended Dosage?

My baby is 7 mos. old. She recently had a measle vaccines and the doctors gave us a heads up that rashes will occur for a week. Her rashes though started getting thicker and thicker every day and she began scratching from head to toe. She's been very iritated lately and I remembered that Iterax by GSK was given to my eldest son when he got that same problem (itching). Now, I would like to know if Iterax can also be used for my daughter's itch problem? If so, how many doses should we give her?

iterax though can be given if there is severe itching and your child is really disturbed.
this will make your child a little drowsy.
anyways if its because of the vaccine it will not last for long
thanks and regards.
