Can Lisinopril Cause Fatigue And Dizziness?

I take lisinopril and experience such dizzines that my physician has put me on 1/2 tab O.D. trial for one week. Example: I have had to sit down when grocery shopping. I take my own BP [am nurse] --which varies mostly systolic 114, 118,115; diastolic 63,62, 60. Question: why am I also feeling fatigued and lethargic. Dizziness is still with me but less severe since taking 1/2 tab. Thank you, CB
