Can Lower Back Pain And Leg Pain Be Sciatica Pain?

I am 61, 105 lbs, ehlers danlos and sarciodosis in the chest - recently a two week episode causing severe pain the the lower back due to two upslips, sacrum shifted in off position and lower vertibrate subluxed. it has been corrected every other day - and in this time period, needed help with pain so have been using ketamine trouche. only .5mg. I have now had issues with the bowels barely moving despite using my myralax (sp?) I am wondering if the bowels could be shutting down from the meds or could it be from the severe pain in lower back and down the right leg with the siatica pain?
