Hi, I ve recently stopped abusing ketamine. I was sniffing about 10-20grams a day for about 3 years. During that time it always hurt to urinate, but the effects of ketamine helped hide the pain. Now i ve stopped sniffing it for 5 months but it still really hurts! Actually it hurts about 50% of the time, sometimes i won t leave my flat because it hurts so much and i ll wake up about 3-4 times in the night because of the pain. I ve had an STI check and urine test, everythings normal....? Any suggestions to ease the pain would be appreciated!
You should investigate further with ultrasonography of the abdomen and pelvis to find any specific cause if present. You can take lots of water to dilute urine.
Avoid the intake of excess spicy foods. Fruit juice is advisable to take more. You can Consult a urologist for detailed evaluation.
