I have a habit of mustarbating quite frequently doing it since last 10-12 years....though i have tried to refrain from it but cant stay away from it..does this habit deteriorate our sexual abilities or the it weakens the muscles of sex organs..i am a male aged 27 from Aurangabad..pls revert
