Hi sir how are you? i have spots all over my body, i used to mastrubate a lot but now i am reducing it to 2 times a month or so. i have so many spots and i feel ashamed and lack of confidence, nobody wants to talk to me because i got spots, please doctor help me out. thank you

Masturbation is a normal phenomenon in men and there is nothing wrong about it. Masturbation will not cause spots over the body. I recommend you to visit a dermatologist who can asses and treat the body spots.
