Can Meftal P Be Given To A 2 Year Old For Fever?

hi,

my son is 2 years old he is having fever from past 4 days in the first 3 day he had fever only in the nights from

the day 4 he is having continuous fever of 101.3f we gave crocin at 11 pm can i give meftal p at 3am as the tempertature did not come down

You can give Meftal-P syrup now.
give him enough water and liquid for having profuse perspiration which will bring down the temperature.
