Can Minor Brain Injury Cause Nose Bleeds And Headaches?

Hallo.. my daughter had a minor brain injury when she was 2 years old. now she is 9 year old and since last 2 years, she has nose bleed with fever and headache. I got her CT Scan but found nothing. doctors have told me that nothing to worry. but i am not satisfied. at the interval of 2-3 months, she got headache & fever. it last for 1-2 days and after that her nose started to bleed. after bleeding, she becomes normal. please suggest me what should i do

Nose bleeds are mainly due to nose picking
Anyways get her examined thoroughly and do test her coagulation profile
