Can Over Exercise Delay The Period ?

Hi, I m a 23 yr old girl, My periods have got delayed by almost 10 days now and I m really worried.... I dont know if over exercising has caused this because otherwise my periods are pretty regular..

Hi.. Yes over exertion can cause delay in the periods.. But if you are sexually active and have had unprotected sex recently, pregnancy cannot be completely ruled out.. Few other causes such as infection are also known to cause delay in the periods..
