Can Pain And Swelling In Ankle Be Side Effect Of Lisinopril?

I am 53 ys old, 140lbs, 5 ft 7 and active. No major medical issues except high blood pressure. I am on 5mg lisinopril for high blood pressure. I have been taking for about 2 weeks. Recently I noticed acute left ankle pain - very tender under the ankle bone which sticks out. It is wollen. It is even painful when I put on socks. Very strange. Could not be releated to any trama as I haven t excercised in the past few weeks. Is the blood pressure medicine the culprit?
