Understanding your concern. As per your query smoking meth can cause rashes, swollen and burning lips as it can cause hypersensitivity or severe allergic reaction in some people. I would strongly discourage the use of this substance a sit can cause acute as well as chronic adverse effects. Drink plenty of water to reduce its effect. Take tablet Cetrizine to prevent inflammation. Apply cold compressors on lips. Keep applying moisturizing agent on lips to prevent them from drying. Take multivitamin tablet as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
