Can Smoking Weed Cause Permanent Bruise Like Marks On Body?

Can smoking weed long term cause bruise-like marks on ones arms and legs and on the sides of the abdomen that do not go away? It's been over 6 months, they don't hurt or itch. Sometimes they appear to lighten but will go back to the original state. I've been to the doctor and had blood works done to eliminate possibilities of a blood immune disease.

Presence of bruise-like marks is more likely to be due to hormonal imbalance like an excess of cortisol, rather than due to immune disorders or due to marijuana. Please get your hormone levels tested if this has not already been done.
