Can Suction To Biceps Cause Blood Clots Or Embolism?

a woman created suction with her ear on my bicep when it was wet. This suction, when released, created a very painful reaction and a deep black/purple bruise to the inner part of my right bicep. I am wondering if there are any worries for such an injury such as blood clots, embolism or anything else.

Hello,
No this kind of suction disrupts small blood vessels and can cause a bruise but nothing more serious. Just treat it like you would any bruise and it will resolve in a few weeks. There is no risk of clot or embolism in these small superficial vessels.
