Can The Twinrix Vaccination Be Delayed By A Week?

I took the Twinrix vaccination on the 12th May for th efirst time, and was supposed to take the second yesterday. I would like to know whether it's ok to wait an extra week before taking the 2nd one. If so, are there any side effects? Please advise. Thank you

Hi dear
Welcome to the HCM.
one week delay may not be the serious concern.
But more than a 15 days delay is little bit a cause of apprehension that immunity developed by the first shot may not be robust enough for the booster dose.
Hope the query is answered.
thanks
