Can Urinalysis Differentiate Methanphetamine From Dextroamphetamine?
Re: Urinalysis Ability to Differtate Methamphetamine from Dextroamphetamine(Dexidrine) I have been asked to take random 1 month urine testing. I have a prescription for Dexidrine-60mg/day, for my ADD. However, I do not take these. I do however use about 200mg METHamphetamine daily, which is NOT pharmaceutical. I have informed the party requesting the urinalysis that I am taking Dexidrine. I realize the initial urinalysis test will not be able to tell the difference, but my Question is: Are they be able to do further testing with that that urine to determine if it is Dextroamphetamine vs. my illegal Methamphetamine consumption.

Yes, the urine drug test can differentiate methamphetamine from Dextroamphetamine.
Dexedrine can be found in the urine after two days from consuming that.
