Can You Conceive With Fibroids ?

I have three fibroids 4.5cmx4.3cm the second is 4.0cm x 3.2cm the third is 3.5cm x 3.4cm. The size of my uterus is 92mmx61mmx60mm. Endometrium is 6mm. I do not have children and I had a previous Myoectomy in 2004. Do I need a myoectomy now or can I wait about another year? Is my fiboroids and ueterus really big?

Try this before going for surgery

take almond shake ( six almonds + 250 ml milk ) daily
