Cause Of Abnormal Weight Gain?

Q1)my wife is 36 year old . which all tests she should undergo.We don t want to take health package as it has so many test and overall expensive. My wife currently has no issues as such. She is 5ft 1 in and weight is 75 kg.she is worried about weight gain . Q2) List of test to asertain root causeof abnormal weight gain..

After reading your post, I would like to mention you that she is overweight and needs serious attention on this. You have also mentioned that she is having no issue. I hope you are not following any methods to prevent pregnancy.

Inability to conceive along with increasing weight is a common finding in thyroid disorder. I suggest you to get the following investigations :-

1. Thyroid Profile
2. Lipid Profile
3. Haemoglobin level
4. Serum Proteiin
5. Urine (Routine/Microscopic)

You should get her examined by a Gynaecologist for fertility issue.
