Chest Pains, Difficulty Swallowing With Palpitations. On Nicorette Chewing Gum. Mouth And Throat Dryness. Side Effect Of Gum ?

Hi Ive been on nicorette chewing gum for several weeks, and prob only have 8 a day. Over the past few weeks I have been back and fourth to A&E withchest pains, difficulty in swallowing, paplatation and all test from hospital came back ok.. today I have noticed after researching side effects of nicoette chewing gum that all my symptoms ad up.. now im worried because my mouth and throat keep drying up irrespective of keeping up fluid Sasha

Of course the chewing gum is the first possibility and because of this the throat might have been damaged the chances of throat infection is the second possibility and that could be because of this only, better stop it, try some hot water gargling, drink lot of water, have Azithromycine 500 mg three times in day just three dose,, you will get alright with this take care and have nice day.
