Child. On And Off Temperature. Reduced Fever With Medicine Intake, Relapsing After Sometime. Help

My daughter (Age 4yrs) slept perfectly fine at night but when she woke up next morning she was having temperature of 100F. As suggest by her Pediatrician we gave her Crocin Syrup as a first step and made her rest. Conditions didn't improved and we visited a different pediatrician as her's was out of town. Doctor checked and said she is having Stomatch viral. She was given Iblugesic, Meftal-Spas and Doxcef. Even after giving the medicine for 1.5days conditions didn't improved as soon as the effect of Iblugesic finishes the fever starts rising again. on the 2nd day night her fever rose to 103.5F. As an immediate resolution we gave her Meftal-P. This was given to her previously as well, so we knew that it can reduce the temperature. Same thing happened and she slept comfortably after that.Now I am confused because in morning her temperature started rising again. What should we do now. Continue with same drugs or take something else

Fever is on and off inspite of the medicines.
This can be a viral infection or Typhoid or Malaria.
So you need to do blood investigation.
1. Complete blood count.
2. Blood culture.
3. Widal on the 7th day of fever.
4. Peripheral smear for malarial parasite.
In the meanwhile continue the medicines.
This investigation will help to come to a conclusion.
Review with your doctor with the reports.
