Child. Runny Eyes And Severe Runny Nose With Bright Green Mucus. Other Activities Normal. On Pink Eye Medicine. Any Opinion?

I Have 2 Year Old Daughter That Has Been Having GoopeY Runny Eyes Amd Horrible Bright Green Runny Nose. This Has Been Going On For About 4 Days, Her Insurance Has Been Taken Away RecentlY So CannoT Afford To Go To Pediatrics Unless I Want To Wait In The ER, But Also Have 3 Other Children, None Of Which Have Any Symptoms. She Seems Ok As Shes Eating, Drinking, And Playing. But Ot Seems As Nothing Is Working As I Have Been Giving Her Pink Eye Medicine From Previous Rx And Cold Medicine . Any Idea Of What This Could Be And What I Should Do?

The description provided by you suggests that you daughter is having upper respiratory tract infection which has got superinfected by a bacterial infection. You should consult your doctor who shall prescribe you appropriate antibiotics for its control. You can continue with decongestant cough syrup for relief of the running nose.
