Requires relevant antibiotic according to the report of urine culture. If the culture report is not available or sterile one can start the antibiotic imperically like(ofloxacin etc). Course of antibiotic should be completed.
For the burning during passing urine one use some alkaliser liquid like alkasol.
Plenty of water.
Local application of Mild steroidal cream like beclamthasone along with some antifungal preparation near the urethral region will relieve the red excoriated skin.
Urine examination should be repeated after about two weeks of stopping the course of antibiotic .
Hope the query is answered. Thanks
