Child Has Constipation After Taking Lanzol And OFM. Okay To Continue?

My 18 months old kid is experiencing in-digestive issue for last two days. When I consulate a doctor, He recommended the following medicines. Junior Lanzol 15 (Lansoproazole) - 10ml and OFM ( Ofloxacin & Metronidazole - 5 ML). He mentioned that OFM can be given if see has loose motion. We gave these medicines, But, Now, she has constipation for last one day. Is it ok to continue with the same medicine, or do we have to stop OFM and give some medicine for constipation

hi.i understand problem of your kid.is there any loose motion?if not,then stop OFM.dont worry about constipation.it will be ok very soon.for indigestion issue,i recommend neopeptine drop orally for your kid.use it twice daily,5 drops each.the problem will stop.i think my advice will help u.please contact in future if needed.u r always welcum.good night

Hi

Once you have started OFM, its better that you complete the full course.
You can wait for 3 days... no need for any medications for constipation now.
Give him lots of water, soups etc.
