Child Has Fever, Green Colored Vomitus, Easily Feels Full. Typhoid?

hi..My son has been having fever since 4 days. He is taking medicines but slight fever comes again as soon as the effect of the medicine wears off (around 8 hours).. He is having vomiting which is usually after eating.Today he had green colored vomitus. He feels full even after two morsels. Could it be typhoid? Please suggest.
