Child Has Fever, Rashes, Cold And Cough, Stomach Infection, Loose Motions

hi! My daughter is 21 months old, these days she is not keeping well since last three months, she has fever , then follwed by some rashes on the body, this issue sorted out then she got cold and cough , this got cured last week now she has stomach infection. leading loose motions but twice a day. and she doesnt want to have anything not even milk. Please help me!!

your child has acute gastroenteritis . ( decrease consistency) but there is no increase in frequency . this may be antibiotic associated diarrhea .
do stool examination
and start
zinc 20 mg /day
probiotic
oral rehydrate solution
check for oral ulcer
and try to give feed frequently .(children between 1-2 year has like and dislike tendency regarding food ). if she did not accept one feed change to other .
