Child Has Nausea, Fatigue, Headache, Dizziness, Abdominal Pain, Swollen Lymph Nodes Neck. Any Suggestions?
15 year old daughter has nausea , fatigue , headaches dizziness , abdominal pain swollen lymph nodes in neck very heavy periods ongoing for the past 5 months...the last three severe at times. Ended up in hospital twice...diagnosed with gastritis first time then possible ovarian cyst 6 weeks later. I think she needs to see and internal specialist,,,she feels ill 90% of the time...and tire of feeling sick...any suggestions?

Presence of lymph nodes in neck signifies other cause like infection. Try 5days course of antibiotics if the swelling still persists then FNAC of node will be required. What kind of ovarian cyst is it on scan? Kindly get back with the details.
