Child Have Itching In The Penis. Have A Discharge From The Penis. What To Do?

My son is 8 yr old. N he has been itching his penis most of the time...from last 3-4days i hav been noticinv there is little white creamy type discharge over the mouth of his penis whn it is pushed bakwards he cleans it eith water n it goes but after sometime its bak..earlier he had slight pain now he says pain its ok but still itching n discharge is there..what should i do

Your 8 year old son had itching of penis, from 4 days. There is creamy discharge, when pushed back, and clears , and reappears after some time.
It appears to be some fungal infection like candidiasis. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment, to prevent adhessions to surrounding tissues.
