Child Have Pain In The Back, Vomiting, Headache And Fever

Boy 7years old complained of pain in back of his head, then vomited.
This happened a week back and was prescribed clamp kid forte for 4 days along with Crocin for fever.

This morning, early, he got up with a headache and high fever, then vomited after a while.
During both situation, i can notice minute red spots on his face, primarily under eyes

Please advise

I have gone through your query, your child has fever you have given medication now he has minute red spots , vomiting, it can be due to allergic to drug also , discontinue that drug and consult child specialist.
