Child Having Fever, Weakness, Sleeping A Lot. Any Medicine?

my son is having fever for last five days. Now there no fever since last two days. But has a lot of weekness and sleeping a lot. After doing a work for some time he is feeling very weekness. Sugest me diet and medicines at YYYY@YYYY .com

5 straight days of fever in the pediatric age range is a long time. Your son may have experienced a viral illness and it may take a few more days for him to get over the weakness. I am happy the fever resolved. However, you may want to consider having him seen by your doctor, especially before considering any medication. I'm especially careful with the younger patients (you didn't specify your son's age). Meanwhile, mind his hydration and let him get his rest.
