Child Having Recurring Fever. No Relief With Crocin. Any Other Medication Required?

hi doc , My son is 4.5 years old and weighs around 15kg . He is having fever since morning 4 0 clock. we gave him first dose of crocin DS suspension 5 ml and then at 11 am , 5.15pm, 9.30 pm . His fever comes down but is getting upto 103 F within 4 hrs . please suggest can we give me any further dose in case needed

Kindly do not exceed dose of 1.5gram per day...Check whether the solution is 125mg/5ml or 250mg/5ml. My suggestion to you is get him examined by a pediatrician as early as possible.
