Child Is Overweight And Becoming Dark Complexioned. Had Heart Surgery Due To Hole. Related?

sir, i have 9 yr old son. His weight is 48 kgs. He eats normal food and he won't go for junk food regularly. He undergone heart operation when he was 1 1/2 yr old. there was a hole in the heart and after 2 years his health was perfect. His skin becoming black shade now a days. what would be the problem only because of weight or any other health problem?

there is no problem except obesity
but we have decide whether it is constitutional(familial) obesity or endocrinal obesity
better consult an endocrinologist to rule out or confirm endocrinal obesity
