Child Is Suffering From Fever, Vomiting And Loose Motion

My grand son is suffering from high fever , vomiting & loose motion , the pharmacist ha given FEPANIL 2.5 ml four times, promithazine syrup ip 2.5 ml two times & dependal M quater tab 2times. is this correct.

in any loose stools and vomiting ensure child is well hydrated by giving plently of home based diet like congee with salt, tender coconut water, lime juice. for every time he vomits or passes stools give him atleast one cup of the above fluids. how many times has he passed urine, is it dark coloured./? is he active or dull?
