Child On Tablet .01, Has Fast Heartbeats, Has Sounds While Sleeping, Has Phlegm. Advise?

My 3 yr old son started 1 tablet of.01 amd to give him half about 2hours before bed and i started three days ago and im up tonight watching him breath cause his heartbeat is fast but now sleeping sound ccause i had to stop his bennadryl for his bad allergies so he is phlemmy and coughing so i nebulized him.....just worried mom

of the tablet you have given to him also name of the medication you have given with nebuliser and
