Child Scratched By A Monkey With Few Drops Of Blood. Cleaned With Dettol, Fever. Consult Doctor?

my son is two is year old, three days back it was suspected that may be he was scratched by monkey.

he was playing on terrace all alone, he started screaming, went out to check found that something has pricked him on his arm (there was no scratch but a prick like some insect bit him except the drop of blood) the wound had reddish area n a drop of blood was there, drop of blood was of pin prick size. there was no monkey in the immediate vicinity but some on the tree about 50meters away. i washed it cleaned with dettol.
today he has 102.c fever.
should i be concern with rabies?

Pin prick like bite suggests some insect bite.
Go for investigations like cbc,urine,sgpt,aec to confirm the diagnosis.
Take proper local care of the bite wound.
You can apply any steroid,antibiotic containing skin cream.
Give mefenemic with paracitamol to subside the fever.
Consult your pediatrician for better diagnosis and medical management.
