Child Tested Positive For Epstein Barr. Stomach Pain. Could This Be Mono?

my 13 year old daughter tested neg. about a month ago to mono but did test positive to epstein barr now all she has done for a week is sleep and yesterday she started having severe belly pain mainly upper to middle left side with some pain on the upper right she hasn t ate much in the past week could this be mono or something else?

It can be mono or EBV also. Anyway, its good if she rests and need to repeat the test if there is not much of improvement. She should be fine soon.
