Child's Vaginal Opening Is Red. Infection?
I have recently taken custody of a friend s 11v month old daughter due to her neglect care. She still goes to her mom s house some evenings. I have recently noticed her vaginal opening is red. When I first took custody she had a terrible diaper rash .could this be left over infection or should I investigate something more sinister?

It is very common to have diaper rash. Try using siloderm ointment which will decrease it. If it does not reduce then consult Pediatric Surgeon.
