Chronic Ear, Jaw And Neck Pain, On TMJ Treatment. Any Thoughts?

I am looking into answers about chronic ear, jaw and neck pain . TMJ is being treated, use mouth guard, see massage therapist regularly, also see chiropractor regularly, have seen an EMT at the Mayo clinic, yet no one can give me answers. Been dealing with this for over 6 years. Right ear and cheek often become hot and red. Any thoughts?

Hello,

I have studied your case.

Redness near ear or cheek indicates infection,so you may need to take antibiotic.
As you are having this problem since 6 years ,I consider that there can be adhesion in TMJ .
You can consult surgeon and if required you can take injection shot locally.

Hope this helps. Wish you speedy recovery.

Take care
